Dr. CHEUNG Lai Ping

Short Biography

Dr. CHEUNG Lai Ping is the Consultant and Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and the Person Responsible of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Unit, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Prince of Wales Hospital. She is also the Co-ordinator of Clinical Services at the Prince of Wales Hospital. Dr. CHEUNG graduated from MBChB at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and then obtained Master in Medicine (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) (MMed (O&G)) at the National University of Singapore, Master of Business Administration in Health Care (MBA (Health Care)) and Master of Public Health (MPH) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She became a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) (FHKAM (O&G)) in 1996, and Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FHKCOG) and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG) in 2002 and 2008 respectively. She was also accredited by the Hong Kong College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists to be a Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine in 2002. Dr. CHEUNG is active within her professional college and has served in the Reproductive Medicine Subspecialty Board of the Hong Kong College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (HKCOG) since 2002. Her current research interests include ART and PCOS and she has published over 50 articles in various refereed journals.
