Clinical Psychology Service
Undergoing fertility treatment can be a challenging process both physically and emotionally. Our clinical psychologists provide psychological support to help couples alleviate the stress that arise during infertility treatment.
We also offer psychosocial assessments for gamete donors and recipients. Donating or receiving gametes is a significant decision. Our psychosocial assessments are designed to ensure that donors and recipients are fully informed and psychologically prepared to face the process of gamete donation and reception. These assessments aid in understanding the motivations, expectations, and potential psychological impacts on both donors and recipients, as well as evaluating the welfare of the unborn child resulting from gamete donation.
Clinical psychology service require a referral from an obstetrician-gynecologist specialist at the Prince of Wales Hospital. If you are interested in using our services, please contact our medical staff.
