The Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Unit of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Prince of Wales Hospital was established as a joint project between the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Prince of Wales Hospital in 1984. Our Unit provides both private service and public service. Our staff are experts, renowned with a long track record in the field. Dr. CHEUNG Lai Ping, Person Responsible of the ART Unit, has worked in the area of reproductive medicine for almost 20 years. Our nursing staff are highly trained in caring for IVF patients and do everything they can to make the journey as stress-free as possible. We have a highly qualified and experienced team of embryologists working in the IVF laboratory to help you achieve your goal towards a healthy pregnancy.

In addition, our Unit has been granted a treatment license by the Council on Human Reproductive Technology, which authorizes us to conduct infertility treatments.
